私たちの農法 合成肥料、農薬、除草剤は一切使用せず、純粋で自然なままを保っています。農場の約80%は不耕起栽培を実践し、土壌微生物叢を育み、また地面をウッドチップで覆うことで健康で活力ある土づくりに努めています。

Welcome to our small boutique family farm, nestled in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, and Matsuzaki, Shizuoka. We grow restaurant-quality organic artichokes, fennel, romano beans, edible flowers, herbs, and select citrus like Amanatsu and Ponkans, all with love and care for the land.

No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides touch our fields—we keep it pure and natural. About 80% of our farm follows no-till practices to nurture the soil microbiome, and we blanket the ground with wood chips for healthy, thriving earth.

Our produce heads straight to talented chefs, florists, and folks who love cooking at home. We ship anywhere in Japan, bringing that fresh, farm-direct flavor to your door.
